Set your lens to f1.4!

My mark is 20 minutes: when I run more than 20 minutes, there is enough endorfines to make the rest of the world looks silly with their worries and problems.

Inhabit your body fully is a bless.

And after seeing such a beautiful wedding like the one between Kate and Billy (uppss sorry!) I ask myself why we get in a bad mood sometimes. And now I open the verb a bit (WOW, I am doing it again within the same week!!!!!).

If you are in a bad mood and can go out to run for at least 20 minutes go to your bed. This is the minimum you can do for the humanity and, in a smaller scale, to the people around you.

The f1.4 is an allusion to the camera wider aperture I have on my favorite lens (f1.4). On this aperture, a lot of light gets through and images get sharp very close by the subject and unsharp a couple of centimeters a bit further. Use that on your daily life sometimes: set your own mental aperture to f1.4 and let the light in, focusing less on what is far away.

Believe-me you will profit.

To illude the ones reading this page, I have put some images on the post. It's a new subliminal technique I am discovering.

This series of pictures have been taken on the evening. It is almost dark but not yet. In all of them I used f1.4 and explored the softness of the light on the evening.

PS: I am curious to know who was Kate's photographer. I think it was Jasmine Star with blond hair!
