I have no clue how to say "Partir c'est mourir un peu" in Italian, but I guess it's not necessary. The title of this post is universal, there is no need for translation. This is how I felt when we drove back home on that Saturday.
And here I am, two weeks after getting back from my beloved Tuscany. A place that I truly, really love. I can tell you, with closed eyes, that it is by far my favorite place to be in Europe.
This year, we stayed at Castelvecchio. A fantastic wine farm near Florence. Over there, the time stopped a bit and allowed me to breath and just be. A little bit.
We saw amazing skies...
We saw amazing stars...
We made new friends...
We learned a lot about wine...
And we drank a lot of it ... (the left bottle was gone while preparing for this picture.. hahaha... kidding)
And we saw astonishing, wonderful, landscapes!
I met Stefania en Annemie, who do their work with passion. They really enjoy having people around and this openness is something I love!
I have many more stories to register about our days around Tuscany. With images. They will follow... In fact, getting back to my pictures helps to get inspired. On the last days I feel my Muse is gone. I think she is on vacation. In Italy. At Castelvecchio...
