Covering the emotional gaps with FOOD

I love to cook. But that is not the problem.

The problem is that I also love to eat.

I eat when I am hungry, when I am too happy or when I am too sad. The first reason is.. errr.. reasonable, but what about the other two?!

Fried Onions @Outback RJ

I have stopped with my posts about food. I was enjoying it so much that I was getting a bit overweight and, not for esthetic reasons (esthetic accounts for 10% on my age) but for a question of healthy body, I stopped.

But sometimes I can't handle.

In Brazil I just ate everything I wanted to. I avoided sweets. Not always.

Globo Cookies (Also favorite of Thomas)

But when I came back, I was weak. Emotionally weak. Then I indulged myself to a cookie treatment. I explain: you open one cookie, eat it and keep going until the package is empty. And then you start to eat the kid's cookies. And then you get numb of so much blood in your sugar sugar in your blood.

Emotional eating is hard to control. Its a patience exercise for every day.

May the force be with me!
