Again, cooking - Surimole
Do you know that feeling you have on your belly when you take a great picture? You just know it...
Is not the case of the picture on this post. In fact, the picture is awful.
But the recipe is awesome. Gorgeous, delicious. I had everything in the fridge and, if I wouldn't make it, the avocados would most probably go to the bin later this week.
So, I created something. On my own... and it was so nice, I need to divide.
4 ripe avocados
1 tablespoon lime juice (the green one...)
1 teaspoon garlic powder (not fresh, is too strong)
Salt
1 tablespoon cream
3 tomatoes, without the seeds, cut in small pieces
4 surimi sticks shredded in the length
Grab the avocados, remove the seed and rasp the pulp into a bowl. Add IMMEDIATELY the lemon juice and mix up a bit to avoid the avocados to get dark. Add the garlic powder, the salt and the cream and mix it until you have a cream. Add the tomatoes and the surimi.
That's it.
Oh my. To eat like a wild animal and lick your fingers afterwords. No excuses.
