Today I have attended a webminar about talent. About women talent. And that made me think about how many events, people, articles and everything about talent, that has been popping up in front of my attention on the last weeks.

People want to know what is your talent. Nobody wants to know if you can manage all the buttons on your camera or if you know all the SQL statements of a database by heart.

Companies are more and more paying attention to your unique talent. What are the characteristics you have that are interesting for us?

But in order to sell yourself correctly, on any kind of business, you need to know what your talents are.
