
I started by roasting a red pepper. They are so beautiful. And I didn't know that this is the best way to roast a pepper.
Then I saw one zucchini... what if I make a pie?
Some chicken seasoned with onion stock and mayo
The roasted peppers on the top of the chicken...
Bake some onions
Throw over everything
Spread some sliced aubergine and cheese. Cover with more puffy pastry and paint with a egg yolk (sorry forgot the photo).
Put in the 210o oven for around 50 minutes and when ready TASTE it. Its is very very nice.
I had mine with black carioca beans.
And after you finish the meal, stay for a while enjoyng the plants and the sun.
