AHA Photographic moments I

_MG_5174.jpg

After reading a lot of books and attending to some classes I started a formal photography study and only then, after many years playing with photography, I finally saw the light.

Question was that simple: before talking about aperture, shutter speed, rule of thirds, you must learn to be present when photographing. Be present and understand what is going on within your frame. Look carefully at the light, and what you want to show. Pay attention to the camera into your hands. How does it feel? Cold? Heavy? Take conscience of your arms and the way they are supported by your body.  Examine your head. What are you thinking about? Breath deeply.

Do it now. Exercise.

More than that: be firm and don't shake.

There is no fancy camera nor technique capable of doing that for you.  Being present while taking a picture should be the first thing  to learn!

Have a nice evening, afternoon or morning,

S.
