Lessons of the week
I have been at the funeral of my neighbor. And I cried. A lot. I was listening to the story his grandchild was telling. He told us, his grandpa was his hero because he was happy with what he had. He was just living the day. That day. Until he passed away. He became my hero too.
We must learn how to appreciate all the experiences and people we have around us, even if those people or experiences end. Everything will end. Soon or later.
Instead of complaining for what has ended, we should praise what we had before it ended.
The second lesson came into a book I've got from Tante Sherry. For a mother of two children which is always uncertain about the future of this world and what her offspring will find in the future, this book was a balm.
Believe on people because there is more good than evil in the world. And again: live one day every day.
This book is to be kept on my bed side. Beautiful and sincere.
Have fun!
