RAW again
I was planning another post but then, going through the images I have found my Minnie. I simply love this image. As if she shouts "hey rescue me!" at Disney.
And I went kind off time tunnel with it but sadly, it is a JPEG version.
Honestly, the first step to make better images is to learn to work on RAW. Really. It makes a world of difference. In this image specially: it was taken on ISO 1600 which is already a warranty for noise. But if you take it on JPG, you won't be able to properly remove noise.
Insisting a bit, I was able to reduce noise with the color and detail slide control (see on the right):
But it will never be the same as if I would have taken it on RAW. Disk is cheap, save in RAW.

The noise is in the eyes of those who listen to it.
